The Best Way To Get A Good Night’s Sleep

As a nation we’re obsessed with finding ways to get a great night’s sleep. There are endless articles saying what to do/ not do before bed, encouraging us to cut out certain food/drinks and offering tips to calm our overactive minds. We all want to wake up rested, energised and feeling good. Is that too much to ask?

Well, Australian company Sleeping Duck think they’ve cracked it. The sleep experts have created a perfectly engineered mattress to help you have the best night’s sleep you’ve ever experienced. And they’ve asked me to take part in their 100 Day Sleep Challenge.

Sleeping Duck have just arrived in the UK to launch a new, revolutionary mattress which allows customers to adjust the firmness, warmth and feel whenever they fancy. The brains behind it are so confident in their advanced product they offer all customers (not just us lucky bloggers) a 100 day trial and then a full refund if they’re not happy with it.

So The Titan launched a few weeks ago in the UK and I was asked to be one of the first people to try it.

I agreed and here’s why:
1. I read pages of reviews from previous Australian customers – nearly everyone gave the mattress a 5 star rating. This really, really intrigues me!
2. Over the years I’ve been lucky enough (through work) to stay lots of nice, plush hotels and their beds are incredible. I long to wake up, every day, in a bed that comfy.
3. I LOVE sleep. I would love to wake every morning feeling refreshed and amazing.
4. I haven’t changed my mattress for approx. 10 years and wouldn’t know where to start trying to find a decent one, for a decent price.
5. Did I mention all the product reviews were 5 star rated???

I asked the experts at Sleeping Duck HQ how their mattresses differ from those in high street shops. They promise to deliver a perfect night’s sleep, but is this really true?
They told me:
Sharing a bed has never been better: The individually pocketed springs won’t disturb the sleeper every time their partner tosses and turns. Each spring operates independently of the next, giving both sleepers the freedom to move.
Your very own Swiss masseuse: Generous layers of memory foam and latex work to relieve pressure points and improve blood circulation for a restful and rejuvenating night’s sleep.
Things tend to heat up in the bedroom but the mattress shouldn’t: Sleeping Duck regulates the temperature of the mattress to keep heat down and comfort levels up by using foams manufactured with a porous open cell structure.
Putting a spring in your step: Sleeping Duck’s 5-zone spring system provides a natural spine alignment for the body. The mattress has a varied spring firmness to match the major regions of the body. This provides targeted support for the head-to-neck, shoulders, hips, pelvis and legs.

So here is the Titan mattress (valued at up to £649) on my bed – my old mattress is currently being stored by Sleeping Duck (for free) just incase I decide after 100 days to swap back!
